"I called for a home quote and really didn't appreciate Cherish answering the phone call on speaker. She preceeded to ask for my name and date of birth BEFORE actually picking up the phone. I asked if I was previously on speaker and she responded, yes but not anymore. PII training, should be considered to develop this young lady. Additionally, when I explained that the quote was several thousands higher than my current provided for apples to apples coverage, she rebutted with, your out of pocket will be $22k if something happens with your current coverage. After thanking her for her time and explaining that I am not interested in almost doubling my preimum, she stated... well that's personal preference! Ummm, Yeah! I know! I prefer NOT to pay more to be covered equally or in this case, $9,000 more for my dwelling! Where is the empathy? Customer service? Basic phone etiquette? Some people simply aren't cut out to be customer facing. I rarely take to writing reviews, but I was conversation was handled in that manner that simply warrented one."
